Position: Senior Web Developer/Security auditor

As a Developer you will be part of our creative team and will work closely with our Marketing Manager. You effortlessly build (Online Marketing) websites and landing pages and ensure that the websites are user-friendly and fast on both desktop and mobile. In addition, you think along about further developments and new functionalities. You keep taking our websites to a higher level!

As a security auditor at Vull Cirqle, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the trustworthiness and resilience of our cutting-edge web3 applications. Positioned at the intersection of technology and innovation, your work will safeguard our client-facing projects, ensuring that our reputation for excellence is maintained and our clients' assets are protected.

Leveraging a holistic approach to security, you'll dive deep into the intricate architectures of smart contracts and front-end interfaces, ensuring they're devoid of vulnerabilities. Collaborating closely with our top-tier developer team, your insights will be instrumental in shaping the projects, while you continuously champion the highest security standards. At Vull Cirqle, your expertise will not just identify risks but will be central to driving our commitment to deliver reliable and groundbreaking digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Web Development: Develop, optimize, and maintain responsive websites, webshops, and landing pages ensuring they are user-friendly across all devices.

‍Technical Advisory: Provide expert recommendations on modern web development frameworks, ensuring the company stays at the forefront of digital advancements.

‍Decentralized Application (dapp) Development: Create and manage web3 applications, potentially including full-stack development and smart contract integration, to cater to the diverse needs of the clients.

‍Smart Contract Development: Design, code, and deploy efficient smart contracts ensuring they are optimized for Gas usage and meet the necessary business requirements.

‍Security Auditing: Smart Contract Audits: Conduct thorough security reviews and vulnerability assessments on smart contracts to ensure their safety and reliability.Frontend Security Audits: Review and assess the security posture of web3 applications' frontend, identifying potential vulnerabilities and recommending mitigation strategies.Security Reporting: Provide comprehensive reports detailing identified vulnerabilities, their severity, and recommended fixes.

‍Security Best Practices: Stay updated with the latest in security vulnerabilities, patches, and best practices to ensure the highest standards of security are maintained in all developments.Documentation: Draft clear and comprehensive documentation pertaining to the development process, frameworks used, and any custom solutions provided.Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, creative, and other internal teams to ensure seamless execution of web projects and campaigns.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Web Development Expertise: Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, CSS and at least one modern framework (React.js, Vue,js, Angular.js, etc).

‍Decentralized Web (Web3) Knowledge: Strong understanding of decentralized application (dapp) development, with the capability to communicate with blockchain networks using RPC (Remote Procedure Call). Familiarity with smart contract interactions and related tools is preferred.

‍Data & Analytics: Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO methodologies

‍Backend: Ability to integrate and work with REST API.

‍Testing: Proficiency in Automated Quality Assurance (AQA), ensuring the consistent and reliable performance of software.

‍Deployment: Familiarity with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, facilitating efficient and streamlined software releases.

‍Smart Contract Security: Proficiency in smart contract security tools and practices, with the ability to identify and rectify vulnerabilities.

‍Web Security: Strong understanding of web security standards, potential vulnerabilities in web3 applications, and measures to counteract them. Familiarity with tools like Burp Suite and guides like OWASP Top Ten.

‍Educational Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. Alternative qualifications with proven track records in web development, especially in the realm of dapp, will also be considered.

‍Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in web development, with at least 1 year focused on decentralized application (dapp) development or related areas. Experience in security auditing, with a focus on smart contracts and web3 application frontend, is a significant plus.
